Amanda Leger

Amanda is an enthusiastic teacher, performer, and academic in the Twin Cities. She has an M.A. in music theory from U of M and a B.A. in vocal performance from the University of San Diego. Her musical background includes opera, choir, musical theatre, a cappella, organ, and steel pan ensemble, but her passion is sacred music. Her goal is to use music to bring people to prayer and to foster a loving, inclusive community. Amanda also sings/plays at the Basilica of St. Mary and St. Lawrence Church and Newman Center. In her spare time, she loves to be outside, read, eat, help people, eat, and play with her dog, Beau.
